The short version. We collect what we need to run your account and the software: who you are, what you type into your deals, the documents you upload, and basic security logs. We do not sell your data and we do not use your deals to advertise to you. Deal content goes to our AI provider only when you ask for an AI feature, and card details go straight to Stripe — we never see them.

We do not use cookies for advertising or third-party tracking. The only cookie the application sets is the signed session cookie that keeps you logged in.
We share only what the job requires, with providers who process data on our behalf:
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights, users or the security of the service. If the business is ever sold or reorganised, account data may transfer as part of it; we would tell you first.
We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.
Deal content and uploaded documents stay until you delete them or close your account, and are removed within 90 days of account closure. Security and billing records are kept as long as needed for legal, tax and audit purposes. Sign-in logs are kept for a limited period.
Passwords are stored only as salted PBKDF2 hashes — we cannot read them. Sessions are signed, expire after inactivity and have a hard maximum lifetime. Each account can reach only its own deals and documents. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password.
The service is for business use by adults. It is not directed to anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
The service is operated from the United States and our providers may process data in the United States and other countries. By using it you understand your information will be processed there.
If we change this policy materially we will notify you by email or in the application before it takes effect.
